Through generous foundational support, Ethno USA is able to provide a small number of competitive full-subsidies for US-based musicians to attend Ethnos throughout our international network via EthnoMobility.
Awardees receive full travel coverage (airlines, intracountry travel to the gathering), as well as full coverage of the host Ethno’s participant fees. Awardees share their EthnoMobility journey through a limited set of marketing materials published on Ethno USA’s website and social media channels.
To be eligible, musicians must be within the age range specified by the host Ethno (typically 18-30), and have a valid US passport. Applicants under consideration will conduct interviews with Ethno USA, host Ethno, and Ethno World staff. To see a full list of ongoing Ethno locations, dates, and details, visit Ethno World.
To apply now, fill out the application form. If your application is competitive, you should hear back within 2 weeks regarding further potential status.
